Payment Options

Insurance: Although Dr. Felderman does not participate with any medical insurance plans. Patients will be given the necessary forms to submit to their insurance to receive a reimbursement.

Payment: Payment for all services and procedures is requested in full at the time of visit. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice.

Cosmetic cancellations: If you are unable to keep your cosmetic appointment we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. There will be a charge for appointments canceled without appropriate notice. (Some cosmetic procedures require injectable material to be made up to 24 hours in advance.)
